What you'll do

• Own the production pipeline for multiple indie studio projects
• Set up workflows, milestones and delivery schedules
• Be the main point of contact between studios and ROCKVAST
• Identify blockers early and help studios move forward
• Contribute to how we work as a label

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in games production (publisher or studio side)
• Experience shipping at least one commercial title
• Strong communicator — clear, direct, kind
• Comfortable working with small, independent teams
• Passion for (indie) games

What we offer

• Salary range between: € 3.500 and € 5.000 per months based on experience (excl. bonus options)

What you'll do

• Lead marketing campaigns for our indie studio partners
• Build and manage press and influencer relationships
• Craft positioning and messaging for game launches
• Coordinate social media and community presence
• Track performance and iterate on strategy

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in games marketing or PR
• Experience running a game launch end-to-end
• Strong network in the games press/influencer space
• Comfortable working across multiple projects
• Passion for (indie) games
